窗口大小任意调整工具(ResizeEnable)

Windows里面很多窗口都是固定大小了的，那么我们有没有办法改变他们呢？答案是有的，用ResizeEnable就可以了。

以Windows的运行窗口为例，原来是不能改变大小的。

在运行ResizeEnable后就可以改变大小了，就是这样简单。

如何使用：

1)运行ResizeEnableRunner.exe

2)找到一个窗口,您永远不可能调整,移动光标在窗口的边缘。

3)希望的指针将会改变,显示了您可以调整窗口。

4)Click-drag窗口大小和释放鼠标按钮。
