Ubuntu 官方已经正式放出 13.10 正式版的下载地址，截止到发稿时，首页的下载还是 13.04 版本，不过确实我们已经可以从FTP目录里面获取到了：

明年4月发布的Ubuntu14.04将是第一款能同时运行在手机、平板、桌面和电视的操作系统，Ubuntu 13.10的桌面版和移动版仍然是分开的。

13.10桌面版新特性包括新版LibreOffice、RhythmBox和Firefox，搜索工具 Smart Scopes将搜索范围从亚马逊扩大到了维基百科、reddit、Foursquare、eBay和Ubuntu One音乐商店，网络搜索功能可以在属性页关闭。

服务器版的 Server 13.10包含了最新版的OpenStack云架构软件，升级了Juju管理软件，可以帮助将软件部署到多个云服务上。Canonical的服务器业务是 少数亮度之一，公司继续亏损，但服务器业务却能盈利。
